Emergent SocialScapes, an exhibit of photographs by Dr. Diane Sabenacio Nititham, associate professor of sociology at 杏吧直播间 State University, is on display at the 杏吧直播间 Art Guild (MAG) through Saturday, October 30. A reception for the exhibit will be held at MAG on Friday, October 22 from 5-6:30 p.m. The exhibit and reception are open to the public.
The Department of Global Languages and Theatre Arts at 杏吧直播间 State University is pleased to present its first show of the 2021-22 performance season, Androcles and the Lion. All performances will take place in the Robert E. Johnson Theatre in the Price Doyle Fine Arts Building on 杏吧直播间 State鈥檚 campus. Performance dates are Wednesday, September 29 at Noon; Thursday, September 30 at 9:30 a.m.; Friday, October 1 at 9:30 a.m.; and Saturday, October 2 at 2:30 p.m.
The creative writing program at 杏吧直播间 State University is pleased to announce its first reading of the 2021-22 school year. Poet and Department of English & Philosophy alumnus B.J. Wilson will read from his work on Thursday, September 30 at 7 p.m. via Zoom.
The Department of Political Science and Sociology at 杏吧直播间 State University will host its annual Constitution Day celebration on Friday, September 17, with a number of lectures, debates, and games about topics related to the Constitution of the United States.
